This blog post is written as part of A to Z Challenge.
This involves the challenge of a blog post on a topic starting with an
alphabet on each day through the entire month of April excluding Sundays
starting from A to Z. My simple posts will be themed after Yoga
postures with my own creations as images.
Matsyasana (Fish pose/Open chest pose) stretches and stimulates the organs of digestive and respiratory systems. While it relieves tension is the neck, shoulders and the throat area, it also stretches the muscles of the hips and rips. This pose is proven to have therapeutic benefits for asthma, rounded shoulders and many respiratory disorders.
Read my earlier post on N for Navasana.
Disclaimer: Yoga creates simple to complex impacts on the physical body. Make sure you consult your doctor and start the practice with a trained teacher.
I just saw your fb post on #atozchallenge, your planking penguin has been floating around in my mind and now this fish jumped out at me...I love these posts, both are telling me I need to get on my back and open up my belly... it took me a while to work out what a rip muscle was :)

It's funny how an open, breathing pose makes the fish look like it's dead, hehehe... I still love it though. The sketches are awesome!

Hey there this is kind of of off topic but I was wondering
ReplyDeleteif blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.
I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
