This involves the challenge of a blog post on a topic starting with an

Trikonasana (Triangle pose) improves the flexibility of the spine and corrects the alignment of the
shoulders. While it relieves backache, gastritis, indigestion, acidity,
flatulence, it massages and tones the pelvic organs, corrects the effects
of a sedentary lifestyle
